MEMBER POLICIES
- All Members must register in the golf shop prior to play, unless you have pre paid your tee time fees.
- All Members enjoy private online booking on our website availblae in the member portal. ( www.harborpines.com.
- Dress Code : Collared Shirts required. NOT PERMITTED: Cut-off shorts, tank tops or blue jeans.
- Guest assistants and starters are responsible for policies and regulating pace of play. Please respect and follow their direction.
- Pace of play expectations: 4:20
- Late fees will be applied to all past due accounts..
- Walking is availble. Fees apply.
- 9 Holes available after 4 pm in season. Anytime from Nov.1st till Feb. 29th.
- Driving Range:Unliited Members will receive a card entilted them to up to 3 buckets of balls per day All other members get 1 bucket on day of play to be redeemed in Pro Shop
- All Members are reponsible for their own actions and the actions of their guests and will be held responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests while on site at Harbor Pines
MEMBER BILLING POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- If you are a new member and would like to establish billing, please contact Debra Thornton in our Accounting Office at 609-927-0006 extension #17 to provide a credit card number for our records. Returning members must submit an updated credit card each year.
- Buy submitting a credit card, you authorize Harbor Pines to automatically charge your card each month.
- You will not receive a paper billing statement. Your electronic statement will be e-mailed to you each month. You may check your current balance and individual transactions any time in the members only portal on our website.
- (10) Ten days after you receive your emailed statement, Harbor Pines will automatically charge the credit card on file.
- Please call or EMAIL Debra Thornton to establish credit or with any billing questions.
