“Harbor Pines Women's Golf Association Welcome’s You!”

Welcome to the Harbor Pines Women’s Golf Association (HPWGA.)  The HPWGA began over twenty years ago to share the love of the game with women of varying abilities who wished to play golf each week in friendly competition.  We are inviting women of all skill levels to join our group and have fun playing golf in a beautiful environment.  We encourage our members to develop and improve their skills and knowledge of the game.  Harbor Pines is a truly beautiful and fun course to play.  You do not need to be a member of Harbor Pines to join our group.

  • Membership
Membership in our group includes discounted rates for greens fees and golf cart fees, as well as tournament, game day, ringer board and other prizes.  We welcome 18-hole and 9-hole players.  18-hole members may receive club storage, range balls and use of a locker, if available, on play days.  Our 18-hole group plays on Wednesday mornings, and our 9-hole group plays Tuesday afternoon after 4:00, from April 21st through October 27th.  If you would like to join our group, please complete the MEMBERSHIP FORM HERE and return to the Pro Shop to the attention of Ginny Cannata.  If you have any questions they may be directed to the President of the Board Susan Davis.

  • Schedule
We welcome members who can play on Wednesdays any time from April 21st through October 27th.  The HPWGA has several tournaments and fun game days during this period.  The 18-hole group usually tees off beginning at 8:00.  The 9-hole group plays on Tuesdays beginning at 4:00.
  • Champions
We hold an HPWGA League Championship each year.  Congratulations to our current League Champion, Ginny Soto.  All members are invited to play in their assigned flight for the League Championship.  However, if you elect not to compete, we have an alternative format for our members to continue to play on these days.
  • Most Improved Player
The HPWGA continues to support women who are desiring to improve their game, no matter what the starting handicap.  Each year we award a trophy to the Most Improved Player, based on handicap results.  We are proud to announce that Sherri Aspinwall is the recipient of the Most Improved Player Award of our league for the 2020 season.
  • Lessons

Lessons are available from the Pro associated with Harbor Pines, Roger Hoover.  Many of our members have taken lessons from Roger.  Contact Roger at (609) 204-1503 if you are interested in lessons.
